Terms of Service
By commissioning me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal or Ko-fi), you are agreeing to the terms set out in this document. If you require different terms, please discuss with me before commissioning.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
Payment is completed through Paypal Invoices or Ko-Fi
Prices are in USD and are final
Payment plans are available for purchases above 100USD
Refunds are not available for completed workIf a refund is forced through Paypal, I reserve the right to use/distribute your commission as I see fit (e.g. a completed Live2D rig may be adjusted and made freely availabe, or an overlay set may be resold)
RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
All assets are for personal use, including streaming (e.g. on Twitch or Youtube)
Commercial use is not permitted unless discussed (e.g. putting my art on shirts and selling them)
I reserve the right to use your commission for the purposes of self-promotion (e.g. showcasing my work on Twitter) unless otherwise agreed upon
You are not required to credit me for commissioned work, but you may NOT claim my work as your own
AI ART/STABLE DIFFUSION/ETC
You are not to use my art to generate more artworks. I do not give permission for my art to be used in AI.
I do not rig vtuber models made with AI. If you are not the artist, I will ask you for the artist and research them myself.
I do not accept any model art from: @Bed05Nous
List is not exhaustive, just model "artists" I've come across so far that use AI to "make" vtuber models.
PROCESS
You provide the information I require to begin your commission
We negotiate payment (Payment Upfront/Payment Plan/Half Upfront Half After Completion)
I create an initial sketch/mock-up and send it to you for feedback
I use that feedback to make a refined sketch and send it to you for approval
Once revisions are complete and final approval is gained I finish the artwork, seeking extra approval if required
If full payment was made initially, I provide the commission upon completion. If a payment plan/half-half was negotiated and full payment has not yet been received, I hold the finished commission until full payment has been received
PNGtuber Package | 150USD+
PNGtuber Packages include a full-body chibi with two expressions (mouth open + mouth closed), a table, a chair, and your choice of 3 table items. They also include a "Peeky", which includes commercial use and may, for example, be sold as stickers!Extra items/expressions/outfits may be added for a fee.

Simple recolours may be cheaper, contact me for a quote to be sure!This style may be turned into a rigged Vtuber model; no examples yet.I currently only provide cut models/model art to people looking to rig their model themselves.
